sweet and spicy stir-fried veg

Made this up on Friday and it was so yummy I had to share:

You can probably do it with any veg, but I used a medium carrot and half a yellow courgette, 'cause that's what I had.

1/4-1/2 teaspoon cummin
1/4-1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1-2 teaspoon honey

Thinly slice veg.
heat oil in pan. add veg. keep heat fairly high and keep stirring.
add spices and honey. keep stirring.
when starting to brown and crisp, but not soggy, serve.

dead simple and very yummy.
