Go to your profile (by clicking on your highlighted user name or simply clicking profile at the top of the page), modify profile, paid subscriptions, pay, then follow the instructions. (£10 a year).

By the way you really must stop posting everything in "sunflowers". It's really not rocket science. As someone already explained, click on "forum" at the top of the page then scroll down until you find a topic area that suits what you want to talk about.
