I would like to put sume bedding plants
around my new small rhodedroms.
as the compost thier in is ericaceous
can anybody  help

You could try some Heathers they would survive in this type of soil.

I take it you have a lime soil where you are if you have to revert to E compost for your rhodies. I think the aspect of the bed will denote the type of plants you are looking for, rather than the compost.
