I have a sunflower in the garden, which I am not sure self seeded or I grew (I really must write more down!) I noticed yesterday that it is starting to open up.

Is that early, as none of my others are?

Thanks

had one open on friday last week - very early. I sowed weeks ago and planted out mid april. Ist year growing them and thought they took all summer to flower - must remember to spread the sowing out as all the rest are almost ready too

The really tall ones take forever to flower but the small cutting types flower much quicker..
