Title: what is it?
Post by: grawrc on August 27, 2011, 19:26:03
This was lying on the path in my front garden. i thought it was a child's toy until it moved. it's about 4-5cm long and almost 1cm thick. Does anyone know what it is please?

Yes it certainly looks like the photos I've googled. Thanks Pigeonseed and Fork! I've never seen one before. The moths look absolutely beautiful but the larva is just a bit scarey! :o :o :o

I don't have any fuchsia in the front garden - apparently its favourite munch - but my neighbour does, so maybe it'll find its way into her garden!!
