overdue and losing a fortune.

Waiting for another rugrat from the daughter in law. A few days overdue so I suggested that if she jumped up and down a bit the baby will get one of the special silver pennies they are giving away. I thought it was a good idea but the Yeti in Pink Knickers has stopped me popping into see if everything is alright. Well I can at least raise a glass to the future king.

Ah we all love a baby story don't we, whether it's royal or bog standard!! I am sure your wee one will have a much nicer life without being in the limelight all the time. Hope it goes well, granddad!

Well he evenually popped out last night, 2 weeks late and a bit of help needed. Two of everything he should have and weighed in at a healthy 8lb 7. I shall wait until tonight to have a peek. They have named him Keaton, (she's from Essex). But Buster rolls off the tongue a bit easier.

2 weeks late! They would never have allowed that in France, never more than 7 days or they induce you (ouch!). Still, glad it all went well! Congratulations! Another future garden helper for you!

Just back from hols and seen this- congratulations, Grandpa Ace and all the family! He's absolutely bound to get called Buster with that name, by our generation, at least!
