my return email was different to robins it says
Thank you for pledging to join the RHS Grow Your Own campaign this year. If you have been one of the first 10,000 people (or one of first 50 companies) to sign up you will receive your starter pack as soon as possible (in a maximum of 28 days, one per household). You will also receive our monthly newsletter full of ideas, advice, offers and competitions. In the meantime, if you would like more ideas and advice from the RHS to start planning your fruit and veg growing , go to
www.rhs.org.uk/growyourown
.
So it sounds like I'm not in the first 10,000 :'(

I pledged on the 25th when the offer was put up and practically got an email reply in minutes saying they will be sent out in approx 28 days. Just been to the website today
http://www.rhs.org.uk/growyourown
and it says that over 15000 have now pledged, so I must been one of the lucky few that were quick enough. I'll let you know if and when they arrive.

Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

I also have the standard version. Recipe for carrot cake looks good. The container growing sheet will be useful for my daughter where there is limited space, and I shall pin up the growing guide in the lottie shed. I put one up last year and it disappeared so hopefully someone found it useful.
Seeds are always welcome. :P
I would have liked the soil test kit.

As I work from home I used the company name on the request perhaps that made a difference. Must admit the fruit & veg snips worth a tenner were unexpected.
