Ohh, take it easy plenty of rest and Vit C, hubby swears by Lemsip with Whiskey !!

We seem to have had our fair share of bugs this winter, usually brought home from school by our eldest son  ::) (not had nits yet tho, touch wood)

Loss of appetite, shivers and going hot/cold were the simptoms of one of ours, kids had no energy for 2 days, was weird seeing the house so tidy !!
Please don't be offended by my nickname 'Mortality'
As to its history it was the name of a character I played in an online game called 'Everquest'
The character 'Mortality Rate' was a female Dark Elf Necromancer, the name seemed apt at the time and has been used alot by me over the years.

I'd recommend bed - with a large bottle of brandy and a pile of veggie porn.

My two had it and it is not fun at all.  It was the tiredness after the illness that worried me most.  Loads of sleep and tlc and hopefully you will feel better in soon.  Your body is designed to cope with illness so listen to it and don't do too much to soon.  Eat only what you feel like and take care x
