I have managed to put up my bean poles today over the bean trench. This has been despite a howling north east (or maybe north west, never did get the hang of left and right ;D ) gale, a hail storm for which I would have recommended a hard hat/bump cat or similar protection, and two very sharp and heavy showers. Why do I think we are back in March!

So weird - we've got manic gusts of wind here too (Vancouver Island, BC). Kept me awake half the night. Grrrr!!

When finished night shift this morning went for a lovely 10-mile cycle in cold but sunny weather.
When got up to come to work tonight found it had spent most of the day chucking it down!!!
Better be good weather tomorrow, I'm due to mow the lawn and dig out more border.

Yesterday, a bit cold with a mix of cloud, rain, hail and a little sunshine.
Today, not sure yet, depends which window I look out of :)

It hailed on me yet
again
today. I'm so fed up with being cold. Even digging didn't warm me up. :(

Arrrrrrrrghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!
Raining again when finished night shift. Couldn't go cycling nor do any gardening so ended up doing the chores-of-last-resort i.e. housework. Finally went to bed approx 1300 hours. When got up at this evening for work found the sun shining and fine weather.
It hates me!! I know it hates me! It just does!!!

Tamar Valley, glorious, about 18-19 degrees, brilliant sunshine cloudless sky. But don't be jealous. There will be days when the rest of the country has 25 degrees, and we will not be able to see a hand in front of our face in mist and rain. I'm enjoying it while I may!
