Wooden posts
« on: October 20, 2007, 10:14:38 »
Could do with some wooden posts for fixing wires to support soft fruit and j. artichokes next year. Any tips for sources of cheap/free ones? Will try freecycle, of course.

Some of the larger pallets have 2"x2"struts, look out for the really long ones, usually used by engineering works.

After we've had the winter storms, which have already been forcast. You should see LOTS of broken fences and posts waiting for collection by the roadside. ;)
