Please accept my vote against Carol ........ I hated all that gushing and squealing!!

Duke
Enthusiasm is the word you're looking for Duke Ellington  ::) , I LOVE the fact she has so much joi de vive!!! There are so many mediocre presenters on TV these days that we end up feeling they are the norm. Now 'Saint Carol' has personality by the wheelbarrow load!!!  ;D

Nop, I think Duke was right the first time  ;D

Yep, Duke's right. I can feel my toes curling just thinking about the gushing and squealing!   ::) (And let's have more of Sarah Raven/Nicholson).

Put me down for the "no Carol" vote. I hope they start the new format fresh with new presenters who are real gardeners. I know Mr smith and Geoff Hamilton are no longer with use ( Boy do I miss Geoff) But they really knew their stuff and it`s people like them the programme needs.

Having a dad who was "married" to Hyacinth Bucket can't have helped.

I agree with Froglegs (again) Let's have lots more of the lovely and very well informed Alys instead.

I like Joe- and he's the only one my OH will watch! Did you know his mother is the novelist Margaret Drabble? I enjoyed his programme this week.

Yes, Joe's programme about gardening in small urban spaces was interesting and full of ideas. This is the sort of subject he's good at.
