cabbage white?

just found a caterpillar on my cabbage guess it is a white in the making can i spray against it or anything?

Pick it off and squash it between your fingernails.   :'( :'( :'(

You can spray them when you see them.

There are various solutions on the market or you do what as already been suggested and squish them between your fingers.

You can collect them and put them on the bird table too,the birds will love you forever......but not after you sprayed them obviously!

look for the yellow eggs, then squish them, easier than the catties  ;D

I've only seen 3 whites this year - am I being over hopeful?

the sun came ut today and so did the cabbage whites, I counted 15...thank goodness for nets  ??? ;D

but be careful that they aren't ladybird eggs which also are yellow / yellowy orange but smaller than CW eggs.
