Topic: Over Wintering Onions and Garlic

Hello

When planting over wintering veg such as Onions and Garlic is it still possible to perform succesion planting to obtain a longer season?

I don't know much about all this, do they remain dormant throughout the winter or steadily grow over the cold months.
