Strange he went on the Thanksgiving when thousands of turkeys met their end.

Still lets hope they give him a good send off with all the trimmings ;D

If I remember correct, you should give him 20 mins a lb and 20 more on top to ensure he has been well done.
You can always twist his legs to see if he is ready. ???

his cremation will be at Bury St Edmunds crematorium on Monday,





16 hrs on gas mark 6, basting every 30 mins!!
You couldn't make it up!
