If all the foliage is removed because of Blight, the plant/fruit will stop growing - even if kept moist.
Right??

Thats a good question Tim...let me know when you get the answer ;D
Seriously,I removed the foliage from mine and to tell the truth I didnt notice if the tomatoes grew in size...they were all a good size anyway, but they definately ripened much quicker.

There is only one way to find out !!
But as I remember the `tomato` is a herbaceous perennial so in theory at least it could grow back following defoliation.

Im just back from the plot and made a conscious effort to look at my tomatoes.
There are many liitle side shoots growing from where I defoliated so I think that the answer is yes...the tomatoes should still grow.

Now whether the fruit will continue to grow or indeed the plant survive the winter is another matter altogether ;D

Wait and see?
But your greenhouse is much larger than my house and polytunnel combined-things are being removed now to make room for the winter stuff

the stems are green, therefore contain chlorophyll 'A', and will continue to metabolise. ;)
