Transplant winter brassicas or put in spring cabbages and caulis next month. Failing that then lettuce and salad stuff is always a good catch-crop to fill any gaps during the interim.

Winter Radish... (better than it sounds) Chicory and Endive... If you start them this week you can still crop Dwarf French beans... :)
