Topic: Swans Egg

Last week  whilst looking at my Asparagus bed I thought am I seeing things, and no it was a  swans egg half buried in there. Now my plot is all fenced in with wire (to stop rabbits) the egg was not cracked  just a pin head hole  and it smelled dreadfull.  any ideas how it got there.

oooo, I found an egg in one of my beds late last year - can only think that a fox put it there (it was buried) - I left it half uncovered and it had disappeared when I next visited.
