This is only my thoughts but,  I do wish we were told whose pic was what after the result of the competition.  The winner is announced then thats it.  For instance last month I voted for the Tree.  I liked the colour of it but whose was it?  Don't suppose it makes any difference to the end result but it would be nice to know.   ::) ::)

Remembrance of those spectacular skies last month there.

Wonderful pictures, all of you.

I'd like, like Carol, to know whose pics they all were.....any possibility of publishing a list, Dan - good idea?

What encourages people to vote? There is a big difference in number of votes cast for each month.
The last 7 months have had votes cast as follows -  Nov, 124, Oct 241, Sept 68, Aug 64, July 42, June 46, May 52.

Any thoughts?

With the October and November competitions, Dan sent out notifications to all A4A members to let them know there was a vote on, I think that is what increased the votes way above the rest.

I also think it would be nice to know the names behind the photos, it doesn't matter really but just for interest :)

It is just my organisational skills which are lacking - I'd have to go through the entries and reconcile the pictures to the people!

It may be something I'll be able to do from next year.

Cheers

I think the sunsets in the November pictures were lovely. I voted for picture 5. Great shot. Mine was the Miscanthus, probably the best i took in november. A poor photographic month for me thanks to the bad weather.

Next month (december) will be better i have already loads to choose from, all of them taken on one day (today - 20th).
