 Plenty of rain here oop on north east coast, no thunder as yet...

We've had a few good claps of thunder this afternoon and a couple of very heavy downpours - just as  I put the washing out went shopping....
going to the allotment for the afternoon tomorrow so I guess there'll be more to come  :)

Yup! Central London around 5.30pm.
Saw the skies darkening and went round the garden positioning as many containers as I could find to catch the rainwater. Of course the storm was preceded by a mighty wind which blew them all over the place - there wasn't  even enough for a cup of tea by the finish!
