I love those bargains at Wilkies, got myself a three tiered tidy stand for pot plants the other week, it was knocked down to £3.50~and very useful it is too  :)

5 metres and although I haven't yet opened the package they appear quite good quality and robust with tubular plastic supports pegs and end caps :o ;D

I was in Wilkos this morning and they were reducing lots of the gardening items to half price so it might be worth keeping an eye open for bargains.
I think i drove the shop assistant mad as i was hovering over her while she applied her half price stickers  ;D

Got myself a cast iron plant stand with castors on it to put under one of my big plants so that i can move it around easily, and of course it was half price too :)

Ive got my eye on some big pots Maz.
They are plastic but have that terracotta look, they are £14.99 at the moment so they will be much more tempting to buy once the half price sticker is stuck onto it, its just catching them at the right moment isnt it? :)

These half price offers just show how much mark-up there is on gardening stuff, eh?

I went to Wilkos yesterday and the only thing in the sale was a few manky plants.  :(

So Roy you are getting the blame for the 2 new pairs of sandals I HAD to buy. Well a girl cant go home empty handed from town, it wouldnt do her street cred any good at all!   ::)   8)

;D Sorry for repeating myself but the bags of seed compost I bought last year were retailing at 95p were sold end of season at 10p each :o at Asda, I filled my trolley to the brim with them and used the last bag a week ago, hope I can get some more at that price ;D

Got two of the £2.50 cloches today at Wilkinsons  - had already bought two a few weeks ago at the original price.  I think they are a real bargain.  They have also solved the messy problem of having netting held up by bamboo sticks, with pots over, that I used to keep tripping over, when I wanted something protected.  So easy now to just have netting over the cloches and to lift them up when I need to weed. They look so neat and tidy too.  Good old Wilkinsons.  :) busy_lizzie
