OK,
1pt Oak or Walnut leaves (picked young -as soon as they're full size)
500g conc. grape juice or the same of minced raisins or sultanas I guess.
680g of suger
2 tsp citric acid,
3,4 ltrs of water
wine yeat (& nutrient).
Chopleaves and simmer for 15 mins, cool and strain into a bin, discrad leaves.
Stir in juice, acid and yeast ferment in DJ for 1 week . Add suger (dissolved in some of the must) and ferment out.
Black Currant (tell me how it goes, I'm only just starting my bush this year :) )
Try one of these :

We had a food and drink fayre where I live and there was a tombola stall for South Africa who were there to promote their wines. I won first time! The wine was delish. I drank it all that night so didn't save it for footy last night. For footy had Stella and Carlsberg but my OH was thirsty and had drunk it all by half time. In the second half the red wine came out (2 bottles) and because he was cheering so much and throwing arms up there is now red stains all over the flippin carpet ;D
