Anyone made Gorse flower wine?
Is it a dry white?
Anyone got any unusual "hedgerow" recipies? Done Oak Leaf, Elderberry, Elderflower, Bramble...

There's a winemaking board elsewhere :
http://www.homewinemaking.co.uk/cgi/yabb/YaBB.cgi
where this has been discussed recently try under 'Recipes'
Jeremy
BTW the gorse is looking lovely at the moment, let me know how you get on picking it.
