Bumper apple crop

I brought another box of apples home yesterday, never had so many.

There was no June drop this year and despite the extremely hot weather those apples just sat there and grew. I did a bit of thinning but was so busy watering that I expected a July or August drop. Still they stayed on and now I have the best-ever apples.

I noticed there were still many apples hanging around on the lotties last week, should help the wildlife through this cold snap...

The red ones look like Christmas decorations.
