Spare Pepper seeds
« on: January 08, 2004, 20:07:10 »
I have also acquired lots of pepper and chilli seeds - quite a few from hungary and I cannot even read the name on the packets!  Lucky dip huh!!

Same as toms, not masses of seeds, but more than I can realistically use, so if you are interested, let me know.

Sweet Pepper - californian wonder
Capsicum annus - poncho
Sweet pepper - yellow dutch
Pepper - Hungarian giant
Chilli - chocolate
Pepper - picnic
Pepper - apple
Pepper - Csilla

Plus three more packets from Hungary and I can't make out the writing....!!!

Let me know  ;D

Yes please, I'd like to try growing some. I know you put up your message a few days ago, have you still got some left.

Hello. I had a go at growing a nameless chilli last year, and I'm keen to have a go at more this year. Have you any seeds left??

Hi Bananagirl, I have some chocolate chilli seeds left if you are interested.  They produced peppers anywhere from marble up to cricket ball size, maroon/burgundy in colour and they were nice and hot but not bitter hot.  If you are interested, send me a personal message with your addy and I will bung them in and envelope to ya.   ;D

Then thats all folks, for now anyhow.  I will save lots of seeds again for next year, plus I have  put a request in to my contact in Hungary if they should get anymore goodies to let me know.

I`m out of swaps for this year but am putting in a plug for `cherry bomb`-it`s a winner. Not too hot and if stuffed with a melting cheese like Monteray Jack and deep fried for a few moments it`s yummy.

Stephan.
