Hi I wondered if anyone would have any ideas on this. This morning at work we found one of our Mirror Carp half eaten and left approx.400 metres from the lake. The level in the lake is quite low at the moment so the banks leading down to the water are steep, so anything catching the fish would have to be in the water. The fish was a large one about 10-12lb, and was also carried quite a distance from the lake.
Would this be a fox? Or would a mink tackle something as big as this?
The remains were left on top of a stack of turf next to the buildings, but annoyingly out of CCTV range.
