Do you feed your autumn raspberries as they are starting to fruit? If so, what do you use?

I gave mine a good handful of chicken manure each just before they started to set fruit but will now also give them some comfrey tea I have brewed. Mine has nettles mixed in to it....will that still be ok for the raspberries? Thanks
