Amazon said can't send  to Canada for now because of high demand..that sounds good I can wait.

I just read the book preview, sounds delightful and how do you come up with those names.
I couldn't resist plus I slipped in The Kingdom without a Dragon too!

Strangely the whole story began with Colonel Bludngutz and General Mayhem, who actually play very little part in the story. Then I was given a first sentence by someone. "It happened on a Tuesday" and it rolled out from there.
