Nothing compares to a home grown egg! Will never eat supermarket eggs again if I can help it, they taste of nothing. We often get double yolker eggs, they are woppers!

Keeping chooks is definitely on the list, if I ever have a garden!

One day, one day.  Thing is, with daughters allergy we are hard pushed to manage 6 in a week and now I have my egg replacer, I don't even need eggs for baking!  Still toying with the idea of a couple of quail in the greenhouse.

Wow - huge.

I'd love to keep a few chickens. But I don't really think my garden's big enough.

How much room do they need? How much do they cost to keep? And how many eggs does each one produce a week?
gone to pot :D
