Thanks Saddad, I hadn't realised there was a technical name I mainly do roasted slop with garlic, then freeze it for use in soups, casseroles, pasta dishes, curry, well just about anything really. Anywhere you would use tinned tomatoes or pasta type sauces - only it tastes better and probably a bit more wholesome. Amazing how much you can use in a year! Also give quite a few away, although not everyone is keen on having different coloured and shaped tomatoes!
