Topic: Junk Mail

Can anyone help please.  I am getting shed loads of junk mail all of a sudden in my Hotmail account driving me up the wall. Where is it coming from ? how did they get my addy? it is ridiculas address me by name in most of them .  They are bloody pests.
Any help would be much appreciated thank you.

Online purchase, competition, facebook etc. I think some of them add you to a list they sell on. Once they think they have an easy touch they will pester for ages. I use a seperate email address for all online purchases, forums etc. Keeping my personal one for friends and important stuff. I get pages of junk on the seperate addy but don't even look through them, I just leave them for the scheduled clean up.

I dont find you can avoid it. I have one address that seems to attract every asian waif, nigerian con artist vicar with 20million dollars yankee waiting for me. The latest seem to be lonely chinese housewives with imaginative postural intentions....I am happy to forward this to all -comers to share with the other senders.What comes around can go around!
