Bay seeds 2012 Seed Circle
« on: June 22, 2013, 10:00:02 »
Has anyone had any luck with these? I've just noticed some seedlings starting to push through  :icon_cheers:
But these might be from the fresh seed I sowed rather than the seed I shared I'm afraid I didn't label my pots to know which is which.

Mine went fusty But that was in the rotten weather we had earlier this year.
I have a huge one anyway but I was planning on growing some fancy shape with plaited stems and making a fortune selling them.  Oh well :toothy10:

Nothing happened here..yet..
I've had little peek to see what they are doing..they are still there...not rotted, nor any signs of growing.
I've moved them outside now and they are tucked into corner where they can get on with it.

That pretty much is the story here too.  But there is a twist to it.  In the pot suddenly a tomato sprouted.  Maybe I spilled a seed or somehow you sent it Jayb???  As I have no idea what variety it is, I have called it 'bay'   :toothy10:  We'll see what happens ...............

The bay pot is still lurking, just in case something does happen.

Oh dear, I did wonder when I saw only one of my pots was germinating. Sorry all :sad10:
Good news is now we know seeds need to be fresh!
My tree has been full of flowers again this year, fingers crossed there will be some fresh ripe berries to send with this years parcel.
