I've got a good few fruits that have been purple a long time has anyone else got them this season and do you wait for them to go red before using them ? Do they invariably go red ?
I have Googled the answer but it is a bit vague

You dont have to let tham matue if you want to pick em purple but they may not reach full strength or flavour..
