Purple gusto
« on: August 23, 2012, 11:59:54 »
I've got a good few fruits that have been purple a long time has anyone else got them this season and do you wait for them to go red before using them ?  Do they invariably go red ?

I have Googled the answer but it is a bit vague

...Medium hot Pepper for cropping indoors or outdoors. Finally matures from purple through to red ...
You dont have to let tham matue if you want to pick em purple but they may not reach full strength or flavour..
