Hi,

I will try to explain in non techy terms !

The first thing you need is your pictures on a webserver somewhere, this means that you can view the over the internet.

The next thing you need is the internet address of the picture (this beginns http://).  The easiest way to get this on windows computers is,

Right click on the picture when viewing it in a web browser.
Select properties using the left button from the menu, this is usually at the bottom of the menu.
This brings up a box with the image properties in it, one of these properties is

Address:
(URL)

You can select this address, which begins http:// using your mouse by placing the mouse pointer at the start of the address, holding down the left button and moving the mouse.  Once you've selected the whole address copy it, either with the right mouse button, or by pressing CTRL-C.

This address can then be put in the board message, to make it display in the message, surround the address with

[ img ][ /img ] - without the spaces !!

So that in the message box where you enter your text you see some thing like

[ img ]http://www.allotments4all.co.uk/YaBBImages/angry.gif[ /img ]

Hopefully that explains things - ask any questions, give it a try, and good luck !

Cheers
copied from Dan's instructions  worked for me
