« on: April 06, 2012, 09:28:15 »
Once was to see how easy it was and spy the land, the next another easy one done and 3 tried. So,we've had to go down the barbed wire and big sign route. Am I right, if there are signs up about it, we are ok?

something to read..
Code: [Select]
http://www.mfll.co.uk/you_and_the_law.htm..and something I borrowed from other site..    "If you are considering erecting barbed wire or other such fence topping, it must comply with Section 164 of the Highways Act 1980. The general rule to be applied is to ensure that reasonable steps are taken to prevent injury. It must not overhang and must incline inwards."

We have fixed it that way, behind the fencing on the inside and more that 3' from a footpath, 7' in the air, plus we have put up posters all around the site, just want to keep them out  :-\
Thanks for the links :)
