Does anyone know where I can buy it from? The type that is chocolate coloured.

Hi Duke, is it for anything in particular? if it was for muffins I think that you can get it from any specialist sugarsmith's or they would be able to point you in the right direction.

I get a dark brown parchment but it us actually freezer wrap, I sue it for sewing purposes though, it makes great iron on applique paper,

I have looked on amazon uk but couldn't find it and no luck with Lakeland :'(
PoppyMole it is a dark brown baking parchment that some supermarkets use as a case for muffins etc. The parchment is cut into a squares and used as a muffin case.

It's a mystery :o
