Mine has popped as well which is especially pleasing as the seeds were from my old lottie in the UK, planted them the year before last, kept them in a nursery bed until late last year, and moved them to their final spot in the fall. This year I think we will be able to eat some.

Kind of makes me feel ..mmmm....warm and fuzzy.. dafty that I am.

My Timperley Early is much bigger and I have taken a couple of small stems.  I put a bucket over one plant and it is almost reaching the top of the bucket.

Other varieties looking same as picture.

I just love fresh home grown Rhubarb and yoghurt.

I am rather attracted to this recipe. My rhubarb is showing, but nowhere near picking (East Sussex).
