Will potatoes store with SCAB
« on: July 18, 2011, 23:52:40 »
A lot of my kestrel have scab.  They are fine to eat when peeled but unfortunatley I have no baking spuds now.  Will they still store with scab?

ours did, last year, KT. both the kestrel and desiree had scab. This year's kestrel have it again, don't know about the desiree yet but they stored until we ran out in february  :)
p.s. we made sure they were very dry
