That looks really beautiful Ace.  I saw photos of it being laid out but it was hard to imagine it would end up looking so lovely.  Well done!

Wow that looks amazing. We have seen a few pics of the garden when it was just getting started. One of the chaps from Walsall Rd  who helped you, showed us. He said how much he had learned from the experience. He said how everything had to be measured just so and the planting had to be exactly as planned. It must be a great feeling to see something that has been put down on paper come to life. Thanks for showing us the finished garden Ace

I am glad they enjoyed theirselves, we had a good laugh, A bit of an eye opener for them, but the experience has put them in good stead. Now get them organised for next year and get your allotment society on the map with  your own garden/allotment scene. Bill and family could not get enough of it they was popping in every spare minute, even helping another exhibitor that had got behind.  You are very lucky to have some very nice people on your allotments.  Sorry we could not put in an appearance at your site but we were working 12 to 14 hours a day and time just ran out.

Yes Ace, we do have some lovely people on our site.  Bill told me that he was going along after work as well as last weekend, he really enjoyed doing it.

We are presenting a cheque to Macmillan this week, I'll tell them about our connection with the show garden.

It's a shame you couldn't get over to see us, I would have sent my Micra to pick you up if you'd said......... ;D
