Sugar free cordial?

Not quite sure how you'd achieve sugar-free even with a recipe without added sugar. As all fruits and veg contain some sugar a percentage would leech out with steeping, more with juicing.

Flower/herb cordials would probably have the least sugar content - you could just steep flowers/leaves in boiling water with some citric acid/lemons but it would be more of a tea or tisane than a cordial.

Cordials need sugar by definition.

Sorry, meant no added sugar, I might try sweetner instead.

we stew the fruit, squash it with a potato masher, put through muslin and freeze in 2 litre bottles, We just dilute with diet lemonade, Ray's diabetic so it's not a cordial  :)
BTW, this is with currants and strawberries , the apple, we put through a press and do the same  :)
