"tab recovered"

Can somebody tell me why when in internet explorer I click on a link-fine but when I click back to return I get "tab recovered" I've just used firefox and I don't  get the problem?
Also when viewing blogs some don't show in I.E. but do in firefox.
I'd prefer to stick with I.E. as I've got lot's of stuff saved there.

On firefox just click file, import and that copy everything from IE to firefox. job done and you get to use a proper browser ;)
