Cooked a lovely stew and dumplings but as OH doesn't like dumplings, put four on a plate by the oven. As it was a Saturday night he had gone to the pub and his dinner was left for him. This morning only three dumplings left, which I fed to the birds, poor birds, probably a bit heavy for them. Asked him today about the missing dumpling and he said Gabanna had come in after midnight and helped himself to the missing dumpling. Had have the cat flap locked all day (Charlie can go out, but not in), and he now has a litter tray. Went to the allotment (like one does) and opened the cat flap both ways. Got home to three cats (terrible twins) plus Charlie. I am now in the kitchen with the water pistol at the ready, but these cats are just taking the p.ss out of me, but I love them really.
