I turn my stored squash once in a while and put my thumb in a green hubbard today - ugh! Luckily, it had only just started to rot so was able to save most of it. Only yesterday I used up the second half of a Crown Prince, which had been taking up room in the fridge for a couple of weeks, for soup, so have had to freeze the Green Hubbard for future use. Still have one more large Green Hubbard, two Butternuts and two Black Futsu which are storing well so far.
