 Recipe, for the above breads.
10 cups all purpose flour  I SUPPOSE THAT WOULD BE YOUR BREAD FLOUR
1 litre warm NOT HOT water
 1 tablespoon white sugar
about 4 tablespoons melted butter, salted
  2 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
  1 rounded teaspoon salt

Mix all the water and 1/2 flour well adding yeast and sugar......
when all mixed in well add about 1/2 the flour that is left and the butter and the salt, mix that well now, go by the feel of the dough add more flour BUT NOT ALL. keep mixing adding flour untill you get a nice tacky but NOT sticky dough, turn out of bowl and knead to a smooth ball, put to rise in an oiled bowl, oil the top of the dough lightly, place clean tea towel over top
and stand bowl on folded cloth on the kitcken counter, and leave to rise to at least double more if possible, DO NOT PLACE IN WARM PLACE,
this may take a while, Yeast is it's own master and will work in it's own time..  when risen turn out onto counter divide dough as you choose, will finish in next post

 conrinues from previous post
I did 3 loaves at 20 ounces, and had about 15 ounces over which I made into about 15 small balls,,
I placed them loosely single layer in buttered pan poured little melted sprinkled grated paresan over top, any good flavour cheese grated will do... add more balls more buter more cheese until ball have all gone, cheese over top,, do not pack the balls...
when risen bake 380 untill nicely browned,,,,,, take care when removing from pan... enjoy,,,, qahtan
