Raspberries and strawberries
« on: November 18, 2010, 09:54:16 »
I have some raspberry plants still in pots which I bought in France in September.  They are Autumn fruiting varieties.  Is it all right to plant them out now or should I leave them until the Spring?

I also have strawberries in growbags and I want to put them into a bed as they tend to get dried out in the bags.  Again the same question, plant now or in the Spring?

Your advice is much appreciated please.

I'd bung them in now, if the ground's ready, Pauline, means You get some fruit next year  :)
