Lisa at Amishland in notorious for changing the names of varieties , she renames them, also she is very slow to ship, the histories of her seeds are exaggerated to look glamourous, she is expensive, germination is often poor and wrong plants grow from seed.

There are many errors on her site. overall not a safe place to buy.

I used www.moreveg.co.uk this year and kept on going back.

Most things are 50p per packet and customer service is good and delivery excellent.  Think its a small home run company as I always deal with the same lady (Rachel) who promptly offered and sent me a replacement when I enquired about some pepper seeds that failed to germinate

I've found http://www.vegetableseeds.net  to offer great service and they're keenly priced. What I like is that they give the estimated number of seeds per packet with the thumbnail picture - it's quite easily to compare prices with those on other websites.

Quite a small selection of veg varieties as yet, but give them time...

Update on Magic garden seeds Germany

I got my order beautifully packed. I didn';t get any answers to my e mails though asking when they would be shipping so i sent a letter through Paypal, I got an immediate reply saying my emails may have gone into their spam and that my seeds had been in the mail a week and sure enough they turned up the next day.

Some very unusual seeds there

PS, Goodlife seemnemaailm  have neither good nor bad rating with daves

Oh..and if somebody has ordered from Seemnemaailm..would you like to give some reviews about the company?Just a update on this..
I ordered from the company and everything did go smoothly and paying with paypal was bonus too..so easy transaction. I got all the seeds that I ordered. Prices were really cheap..but..the seed count per packet is not huge.
Which is good for some varieties as I can easily save my own if needs to be. But it is something to consider if you are thinking of growing large quantities at once..you may need to go for larger packet or order several.. ;)
And little addition for the list.. ;D
http://fataliiseeds.net/...for those who would like to grow some unusual varieties of chillies. They have quite a few 'wild' species of chillies available as well as the usual cultivated types.

Looking at this site, seemnemaailm...  It is seed porn heaven! Cannot believe all the things they have! As I only grow a little of many things, it wouldn't matter to me if the quantities were not so generous. They have great varieties of squash and pumpkin, if there were only 5 or 6 seeds per pack, it is still a huge bargain!
I will try them, thru Paypal, what have I got to lose?
And the exoticism of telling my friends I am growing Estonian veg! lol, will confirm that I am definitely ready for the men in white coats!

Errr..antipodes...don't rush to order any squash seeds...you should have a 'little' something coming to your way..hopefully soon... ;)
I did order some pumpkin seeds for edible seeds and those packets had more than just odd seed in..around 20 per variety.
As for payment...they don't have straight payment facility..but you need to wait their confirmation email to come first..and then they tell you what amount money to send through the paypal....and don't forget to attach the order number for the payment..!!! ;) ;D
I haven't checked their site for few weeks but they had loads of sale seeds...cheap seeds even cheaper!
Have fun!

Ah you can never have too many pumpkin seeds! And I could then give some away to other people (like your good self!)  I was also blown away by the peppers and chillis they have, I guess these must be things that they eat a lot there. I have a colleague who is Hungarian and he and his wife have a little veg patch in which they grow tomatoes, onions and vast amounts of Hungarian peppers, sweet and hot! There are some different coloured ones on that Estonian site which just look too cute! My peppers were great this year and I have high hopes for more in 2012. I think I will give the Aubergine space over to peppers and chilis, as they never do that well.
Some cheap cucumbers and gherkins too, and they also have various types of beans.

Well my new years resolution was to curb my seedoholic tendencies.  Well that did not last very long.  seemnemaailm very tempting.  As soon as I saw all those cousa type courgettes I am off again.  Still trying to find a good replacement for Clarita.

I particularly like the section labelled 'plants not afraid colds'.

Ah, Goodlife, your Estonian offering has brought joy to my heart as it has some Russian seeds - hopelessly rusty but looking forward to ordering some tomatoes, and, in the meantime, thank heavens for google translate!  ;D
