Your hop arch looks stunning and it seems to have send some old guy to sleep already ;D  ;D  Do you make beer?

Do any hops work on the sleep front?   It grows wild in several place round here so will be easy to source.  I can get ot sleep any tme anywhere but cannot stay asleep for long and am very tired of 4am.
