First bit of Planting

Well turned up today at my first ever allotment which we got Saturday to find a neighbour had left a gift of planted lettuce,,,,,,,had it rotavated Sunday and weeded and hoed yesterday. I'm glad there are friendly folk.

ahh how sweet. I would love an allotment but dont know where i will be in 8 years when my name came to the top of the list!

Wow you are making amazing progress.  It is lovely to see the first things growing already.  Carry on the good work.

So frustrating  jazzidoodle that is such a long wait.  But you never know I would still put my name down.

It won't necessarily be 8 years - that has to be an estimate, depending on turn over. Fingers crossed you'll be in sooner jazzidoodle!
