Can someone please tell me how I upload a picture to use as a avatar..?

How do I insert it, what buttons do I press, etc, etc...

Hi Wraith,go into your profile then down the left hand side click on the
Forum Profile Information,
when the page changes on the right you have the option to upload a pic for you to use
