Feeding Strawberries

Hi all, I have my strawberries in hanging bags and they seem to be doing pretty well:

Now as you can see, they are very cramped so should I be feeding them? And if so, with what?

I use tomato feed, but only one they start flowering.

Its maybe not clear in that photo but all are flowering well. How often should I be feeding them?
